Rev. Anthony Witherspoon To Preach March 21

The Rev. Anthony Witherspoon, pastor, scholar, activist, and community builder, will be our guest preacher in worship on Sunday, March 21. He is pastor of the historic Washington Metropolitan A.M.E. Zion Church where they seek to be a prophetic witness in the St. Louis community and beyond. Rev. Witherspoon holds a Bachelor's Degree in English from Livingstone College, a Master of Divinity Degree from Duke University, and he is currently completing his Doctor of Ministry Degree from Eden Theological Seminary. Rev. Witherspoon is well sought out lecturer and adjunct professor at St. Louis University where he holds joint appointments in the Sociology, African-American Studies, and Theology departments.
